پنجره اي که برنامه ها را اجرا مي کند
اين برنامه در منوي Start قرار دارد اگر هيچ برنامه‌اي با سندي كه شما مي‌خواهيد آن را اجرا كنيد، متناظر نشده باشد، اين پيام را دريافت‌ خواهيد كرد. براي متناظر كردن برنامه‌اي با نوعي پرونده، My Computer را اجرا كرده و منوي View را باز كنيد و سپس‌ Folder Options را انتخاب‌ كنيد.
هنگامي كه جعبه‌ي محاوره‌اي Folder Options ظاهر شد، File Type را انتخاب‌ كنيد. نوع پرونده‌ي جديد را با كليك‌ كردن دكمه New Type و پر كردن فضاي خالي جعبه‌ي محاوره‌اي Add New File Type اضافه كنيد.
هنگامي كه شما قصد حذف‌ پرونده‌ي يك‌ برنامه‌اي را داريد، اين پيام ظاهر مي‌گردد. اطمينان حاصل كنيد كه واقعاً قصد حذف‌ اين پرونده را داريد و سپس‌ ادامه دهيد
